1. Refinery Senior Process Design Lead - Oak Ridge, TN
PROCESS is currently seeking a Senior Process Design Engineer for leading both the technical and marketing efforts of the Refinery Services Business Unit. Duties will include managing and executing process design and engineering projects for the petroleum refining industry. Most of the work will be for clients within the U.S. with reasonable and limited travel. Minimum job requirements include a B.S. in chemical engineering and 10-25 years of design and operating experience with refining processes, troubleshooting, and project management. Ideal experience includes a wide variety of petroleum refining unit process simulation and design experience (such as distillation, FCC, gas plants, alkylation, catalytic reforming, coking, hydrotreating, isomerization, etc.) and unit operations experience. Advanced degree and professional registration are desired but not required. Pay rate will be based on qualifications and experience. Significant opportunities exist for future profit sharing after successful demonstration of results.
The initial 1-3 year term of employment will be in the Oak Ridge, TN office. After this period, PROCESS is willing to relocate this person within the U.S. to a mutually-agreeable location, from which the Refinery Services Business Unit will continue operations and grow. 2. Regional Office Business Unit Managers / Lead Engineers
PROCESS is seeking to identify individuals for the position of Business Unit Manager to establish and manage new satellite offices in the U.S. Job responsibilities will include scope definition of process design and engineering projects, writing project proposals, as well as managing and executing these projects. Responsibilities will also include marketing efforts within the office's regional geographic area. Duties will eventually include recruitment and supervision of additional chemical engineers as required based on regional client needs.
Opportunities will exist for office-specific profit sharing arrangements. Minimum requirements include a B.S. in chemical engineering, and 15 years combined operating, design, and project management experience. Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration is required and an advanced degree is highly desirable for this position. Candidates may be required to initially relocate to the corporate office in Oak Ridge, TN for 6 months to 1 year for training and performance evaluation. 3. Nuclear Industry Chemical Engineers
PROCESS' Oak Ridge, Tennessee office is currently seeking one or more individuals for the position of Senior Process Engineer or Process Engineer to perform process design engineering assignments in the nuclear industry. Minimum job requirements include a B.S. in chemical engineering and 6 years of design and operating experience in a chemical, petroleum, or nuclear materials processing facility. An active government D.O.E. Q-Clearance is preferred but not required. Advanced degree and Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration desired but not required. Project assignments may be in either the commercial or government sector and future opportunities may exist to transfer into more traditional market project opportunities (chemicals, refining, etc.).
