(Jim) Morris, P.E., Chief Process Engineer, a chemical engineer (M.S., University of Tennessee, 1988) with 42 years experience in the design, startup, and operation of batch chemical processes, waste treatment and air pollution control systems, and metalworking production units, as well as in computer process modeling and simulation.
  • Mr. Melvin C. (Mel) Coker, Chief Process Engineer, a chemical engineer (B.S., University of Tennessee, 1989) with 34 years experience in petroleum refining, petrochemical production, chemical processing, and pulp and paper manufacturing process hazard analysis, including process design, control system, operations, and process documentation review and evaluation.

(Jacqui) Stewart, P.E., Chief Process Engineer, a chemical engineer (B.S., Pennsylvania State University, 1986) with 34 years experience in the design, startup, and operation of batch chemical, specialty metal, and pharmaceuticals production processes, as well as in the design and permitting of environmental systems.

Michael (Mike) Sessions, P.E., Chief Process Engineer, a chemical engineer (M.S., Tennessee Technological University, 1985) with 38 years experience in process design, process simulation, process scale-up, plant operations, troubleshooting and management, of a variety of chemical processes including pharmaceuticals, foods, commodity and specialty chemicals, as well as in the specification and commissioning of a wide variety of process control instrumentation.

(Bill) Tuck, P.E., Chief Process Engineer, a chemical engineer ( B.S., Lehigh University, 1979) with 44 years experience in the planning, design, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of a variety of organic and inorganic chemical processes including polymers, fragrances, agricultural chemicals, and other processes, as well as offsites and utilities, waste treatment, and powdered materials processing and handling systems.

(Steve) Thompson, Senior Process Engineer, a chemical engineer (B.S., Christian Brothers College, 1982) with over 41 years experience in process engineering, process safety, equipment engineering, environmental engineering, production engineering, operations/maintenance, and construction engineering in the nuclear, chemical, petrochemical, consumer products, pulp & paper, textiles, imaging systems, and oil & gas industries, as well as in the design, startup of complex systems, and the troubleshooting of numerous projects from both an operations and engineering perspective.

  • Mr. Thomas H. (Tom) Asher, Senior Process Engineer, a chemical engineer (B.S., University of Rhode Island, 1994) with over 30 years experience in process engineering, project engineering, production engineering, operations/maintenance, and control systems engineering and programming in the chemical and specialty metals industries, as well as in color compounding, coatings, plastic extrusion, air pollution control systems, and wastewater treatment systems. Tom also has extensive experience in pharmaceuticals and current good manufacturing practices (cGMP).

(Chuck) Higdon III, P.E., Chief Process Engineer, a chemical engineer (M.S., University of California Berkeley, 1988) with 39 years experience in process development and design including process alternative evaluations, technology assessment/selection, pilot-plant testing, design, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of a variety of chemical processes including gas separations/purification, hydrogen reforming, syngas processes, alternative energy and power generation, pollution control, advanced materials, and other chemical production processes, as well as a variety of process engineering leadership roles.

Lanford, Senior Process Engineer, a chemical engineer (B.S., Purdue University, 1978) with more than 44 years experience in process design including process design, commissioning, startup, process validation, and troubleshooting supporting a variety of chemical processes including pharmaceuticals, nuclear materials processing, and other chemical production processes, as well as process safety and environmental permitting support.
