CHEMICAL MANUFACTURING FACILITY DUE DILIGENCE
Process Engineering Associates, LLC (PROCESS) was contracted by the client, a parent company to various subsidiaries, to provide process engineering due diligence for a toll chemical manufacturing facility prior to completion of a plant acquisition. The purpose of this evaluation was to provide the client PROCESS’ opinion relative to the facilities’ general condition based on PROCESS’ previous plant experience. Specifically, PROCESS provided the following:
- An evaluation of plant assets based on visual observations
- A listing of plant deficiencies related to overall process reliability
- A review of plant utility systems and general maintenance practices
